I have been attending pole classes for 6 years and am still loving it. The classes are well structured, the syllabus is varied and the instructors are just lovely! There is never an opportunity to get bored as the moves are progressive, there is always a next level to challenge yourself. The instructors are nothing but supportive and encouraging, giving you that gentle push or confidence boost when needed. I have also made some amazing friends from class who share in all your successes.
Class becomes a place of happiness on those tough days.
