I love any time I get to spend at The Pole Hub. I really look forward to every one of my lessons with Helen. She is a great instructor, super lovely and always pushes you to do your best! I love the support you get both in and out of lessons - there are always new goals set to help achieve new moves and to get stronger.
I would recommend The Pole Hub to anyone interested in getting fit and finding a new sport.
