Returns : Please contact us directly for any returns to helen@thepolehub.co.uk. This needs to be done within 20 days of receiving your item to then get a full refund as long as item isn’t returned damaged. We do not refund any hand grips!

Exchanges : To exchange your item for a different colour or size please contact us directly on helen@thepolehub.co.uk. You will then be given the details on how to go about getting your exchange. We do not exchange any hand grips!

Items delivered to your Instructor : If you attend one of our classes and do not want your items posted please contact us directly with what you would like to order. These items can then be given directly to your instructor for you to collect in class!
