Meet Daisy




Baking and making wedding/birthday cakes, watching films and Netflix series and spending time with my little dog pip.

3 fun facts:

  1. 1. I have two names at home (Lilly and Daisy). My parents settled on Daisy simply because my dad liked a character from upstairs down stairs.
  2. 2. Before becoming a nurse I wanted to be an artist
  3. 3. When I was younger I was picked for the gymnastics squad called Spell Bound, I chose to leave gymnastics instead – they went on to win BGT in 2010

1. What is your day job?

I'm a mental health nurse

2. What made you get into pole?

I'd tried lots of different exercises but nothing i truly enjoyed or could stick too. Pole on social media always looked so fun but also fit so I thought I'd give it a try and was hooked after my first lesson!

3. What do you enjoy most about pole?

I enjoy how it makes me feel so strong and healthy and has massively improved how I think and feel about my body.

4. What is your favourite part about teaching?

Seeing everyone's happy faces when they're really enjoying the class and achieving their pole goals

5. What is your nemesis pole move?

True/twisty grip ayesha

6. What is your 2024 pole goal?

My pole goals ayesha (all types), aireal shouldermonut (on both sides), begin deadlifting moves such as handstand deadlift and flexibility

7. What is your favourite element of pole?

Tricks/any strong moves
